How to delete your MysteryShopper account, and what happens to your information.

Email us
Write to support@mysteryshopper.com.au from your account's email address and we'll delete it.
What happens
You are signed out on every device straight away and cannot sign in again.
Your name, contact details, saved places and sign-in methods are deleted 30 days after your last visit, or the next day if you never did one. A visit still being reviewed, or a payout still on its way to you, finishes first.
What we keep
Some records stay after your account is deleted, without your name or contact details:
- Visit work (answers, photos, reports): while the business that posted the job keeps its account.
- Payout and tax records, including your Stripe account: 5 years after your last payout.
- Identity check records: your ID document's fingerprint and the verification provider's face record.
- Account activity logs: 5 years.
Changed your mind?
Email support@mysteryshopper.com.au before the deletion date and we stop it.
